‘HISTORIC’. Families of victims of drug-related killings filed charges today against Pres. Rodrigo Duterte for Crimes Against Humanity under Article 7 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. According to NUPL, counsel for the complainants, this is the first case directly filed by the kin of victims themselves.
