Church and rights groups in the Philippines condenmed the attack on a 30-member fact-finding mission on November 28 in Negros Oriental that led to the killings of two rights workers and critically injured one youth leader. Unidentified men fired shot at the rights workers after denying them entry to San Ramon village, Bayawan city that left Elisa Badayos, coordinator of rights group Karapatan and farmer Elioterio Moises dead.
